Thoughts: The Green Dinasour is the concoction of Spinach, Chia Seeds, Lime, Lychee, Tropical Juice, Low fat vanilla ice cream, and Sorbet! I have no idea of half of the ingredients. It is only maybe "semi-healthy", I think. But it sure is a Power Drink! But it is not the prettiest think to look at before putting into your mouth. Stil, I like it very much.
