The founder brought the Taiwanese style cuisines from 新竹 Hsinchu, 台灣 Taiwan in 2018 to Malaysia with the aim of bringing the Taiwan home-cooked dumpling recipe to the Malaysia F&B scene. Since then, Xiaoman Dumpling Restaurant have spread across various malls in the Klang Valley.
小嫚餃子 Xiaoman Dumplings comes in 3 variants: 黃芽白菜餃子 Chinese Cabbage Dumpling, 菲菜餃子 Chives Dumplings, and 虾仁餃子 Prawns Dumpling that can be either 煎 Grilled or 大骨湯 Soup. Customer can order separately or the Mixed Dumpling option of 9 dumpling with 3 pieces of each variant. Besides the Dumplings, the 1-page menu offers a good variety of Taiwanese rice and noodle dishes: From 滷肉飯 Braised Pork Rice, 控肉飯 Soy-stewed pork rice, 台灣雞排飯 Taiwan Chicken cutlet Rice, 台灣紅燒牛肉麵 Taiwan "Hong Shao" Beef Noodle, or 肉羹麵線 Mee-sua Meat balls etc about 25 recipes with prices start from rm$15.90 to rm$23. Beverages includes 台灣黑糖珍珠奶茶 Taiwan Brown Sugar Boba Tea and 台灣剉冰 Taiwanese Ice Kacang (Shaved Ice)! Order is via QR code and pay first but later self-service to collect your food.
