Unlike the Chinese mixed rice stalls that offers maybe about 30-40 dishes typically available for lunch and dinner, which is part of the multi hawker Chinese Kopitiams; "II in I 菜飯館 Restoran Two in One" is the NEW breed of specialty Chinese mixed rice shop which now offers all-day-long of up to 100 dishes and takes up the entire shop lot. These mixed rice specialty shops usually offers free Chinese Tea, water, as well as Soup of the day, with a bright, clean, and spacious interior for a comfortable quick meal. "II in I 菜飯館 Restoran Two in One" is probably one of few such mixed rice specialty shops which shows a menu price guide for the price of the choice of dishes combination selected by the customer. 

SS15's "II in I 菜飯館 Restoran Two in One" takes up 2 shop lots, with 2 floors of seating area with a total of around 35 tables, and it is also just maybe 1.5 min walking distance from the SS15 LRT station. It is probably one of the most colorful decorated mixed rice specialty shops in town, with Retro yellow painted metal ceiling Pendant Hanging lights, Yellow table tops, plus simple blue and orange color plastic Chairs, as well as clean white tiles on all the walls and columns. There are also a couple of high chair table tops. BUT parking along SS15/4B has become a lot of more challenging since the recently opened and fast becoming popular "大家美食中心 Big Family Restaurant", which is just a few shop lots from the "II in I 菜飯館 Restoran Two in One".
