Thoughts: 実現ちせろ Brew Hype Café in PJ 百樂花園 Taman Paramount opened about 7 months ago, some where in August 2021. Just last month in January 2022, another branch opened in 雙威金字塔 Sunway Pyramid LG2.

Besides signature 咖啡 Coffee and 抹茶 Matcha/焙じ茶 Hojicha, the Café also offers some 蛋糕 Cakes, 羊角麵包 Croissants, 餡餅 Pies, and 牛角包窩夫 Croffles. The Café in Taman Paramount (PJ SS20) is a single shop lot, a cozy interior with 5 tables indoors and 1 table outside at the walkway. On display in the Café are Coffee cups for sale and the Pitti Caffe brand coffee beans and Coffee machines.
Today's rm$16 is the Cafe's signature "Brew Hype Coffee", which is a cold brew coffee prepared with the Cafe's signature home-made cream mixed with 焦糖奶油糖果 Caramelized butterscotch (I think that was what the 咖啡師 Barista described). Cold coffee is not my preference but this Brew Hype signature creation was a worthwhile adventure!
Not sure, but Brew Hype Café probably works and collaborate with the 意大利品牌 Italian brand of Pitti Caffe products including 咖啡豆 coffee beans (阿拉比卡豆 Arabica), 濃縮咖啡易濾包 coffee paper pods, 咖啡機 coffee machines, 咖啡杯 coffee cups, and 咖啡膠囊 coffee capsules; and looks like the sole distributor of the Italian brand which is "Pitti Caffe Sdn Bhd" is located at the 3rd floor which is at the same shop lot just above Brew Hype in Taman Paramount (PJ Seksyen 20). The Italian Pitti Caffe began in 2005, and has factories in 意大利 Italy and 瑞士 Switzerland with presence in over 40 countries.
Looking forward to sample the Cafe's "牛角包窩夫 Croffles" which is basically a mashup between 羊角麵包 croissants and 華夫餅 waffles, made by pressing a croissant in a waffle maker to look like a waffle. And also the Cafe's signature 抹茶拿鐵 Matcha Latte series, and 蓮花比斯科夫拿鐵 Lotus Biscoff Latte, maybe at the Sunway Pyramid location. At the same time, Also curious why the Japanese word "実現ちせろ Jitsugen chi sero" or in English "Realize" or in Mandarin "意識到" is part of the Shop sign!
