Food Thoughts: First visit here was on the 30th of March, about 8 months ago. Arrived here before 7am today, the restaurant called "Ooi Noodle House" which only offers the Pork Noodle, already have few customers waiting for the bowl of pork noodles. (maybe around 25+tables, 4 or 5 was with customers). Was told I have to wait for 30 minutes.
Second time here a little bit disappointed! But the minced pork was a huge piece floating in the soup; likely not even stired well by the chef when he was cooking it to break it up. The egg was overcooked as well. Maybe just today, the chef was not in his normal mood! No doubt the pork broth was very tasty, a bit salty likely due to the MSG; not a choice for eating out nowadays!
