Thoughts: Today's Coffee Time is a rm$20 "咖啡果皮茶 Coffee Peel Tea" and this is first first time to chance on a glass of Coffee using the Coffee Skin! The interesting find is called "哈美尼咖啡 The Ais & Hani (Ice Cream & Coffee)" which is a corner shop lot at Lebuh Campbell with its coffee beans source from farmers in 雲南 Yunnan, 中國 China.

果皮茶 Peel Tea, also known as "咖啡果皮茶 Cascara (卡斯卡拉)", is a tea-like drink made from the 咖啡豆乾皮 dried skin of coffee cherries. The word cascara is Spanish for "剝皮 peel" or "皮 skin". The skins are obtained after the coffee beans are extracted where the dried pulp is sun-dried and looks similar to dried raisins or a nut shell. The Cascara can be steeped in hot water for four minutes.
