Conclusion from the 2 days Nutrition Statistics and Research readings:
- If can avoid Starch foods like Rice, Noodles, and Breads is not difficult to reduce Calories and Carbs. 
- Combinations of Meats + Eggs can easily go beyond the Daily Protein in-take needs as many accessible daily dietary foods all have Proteins. 
- Coffee with Milk (even Oat milk) can have higher GI and GL and Caffeine max out for the day. Better choice of milk for Coffee should be either Flaxseed Milk, Almond Milk or Soy Milk which both have lower GI and GL. Controlling Food and Beverages choices within Low GI and Low GL isn't that difficult if the target is to avoid Starchy foods items (Rice, Noodle, Bread, or vegetables that grow underground). To reduce the GI in foods for a meal; nutritionist suggest to eat a meal in the sequence of Vegetables first. - then Proteins - then Fats - Carbs last can reduce the Blood Sugar Spikes as much as 50% - 75%. 
- Controlling Caffeine if Coffee, Cocoa and Chocolate can be avoided; however, but some beverages like Green Tea or Black Tea also have some Caffeine! So, unless one only drink Water then some Caffeine maybe unavoidable. 
- Fats are not easy to control unless the meals are just mostly Salads (or cook yourself with your choice and amounts of Fats) and that is not easy and therefore over consumption of Fats is quite easy. BUT there are also such things like Good Fats and Bad Fats worth attention; like BAD Oil (Fats) are used for preparing most fried items on the streets or restaurants WHILE "GOOD Fats" from Natural foods like Avocado (consumed moderately) is said to benefit the body! 
- Whole Eggs have high Cholesterol (most of it from the Yok)! and that cause the 200+% TODAY! But Whole Eggs are more Nutrient dense compared to Egg Whites. The proponents of whole Egg Diet say that it is not a problem to consume 3-4 whole eggs a day for healthy adults considering a more complete nutrient BUT some would say that the limit of 1 whole egg per day or 2 egg whites to limit the daily cholesterol intake. 
- Eating out is also difficult to avoid Sodium intake, therefore loading the plate with 50% fresh/boiled Salad is a good start to reduce Sodium in a meal. 
- The MOST important thing is to be able to control Sugar and that is quite possible only if sweet foods and beverages like Teh Tarik, Cakes, Ice Creams, "Tong Shui" and Desserts can be avoided (or reduced).

Low Calories, High Protein, Low Carbs, High Fats, High Cholesterol, High Caffeine (Coffee), Low Sugar, and this is likely quite typical of a "Keto-like" Diet. 
AND Daily Calories and Nutrition Count is probably a Silly thing to do!
