The standard 魚頭+炸魚米粉 mixed Fish head and Fried fish meat noodle was rm$7.50 in 2016 (first visit, 6+years ago), and today the same choice is at rm$10 (probably since 2021 at the 3rd visit). BUT today's choice of lunch is 脆皮炸魚肉米粉 Fried fish meats Noodle which is at rm$13. You can also ask for with or without 煉乳 evaporated milk in your noodle soup, or in my case is just a little bit of evaporated milk for the extra kick of heat and sweetness. For the price of rm$13, is quite reasonable AS the bowl does come with generous chunks of freshly 脆皮炸魚 fried fish meats, along with white 豆腐片 smooth white tofu slices, 番茄片 tomato slices and some 菜心 choy sum; the 粗粉絲 thick vermicelli was very good as well. 
Customer can also choose 東炎湯 Tomyam broth instead of the standard 魚頭湯 fish head broth; Seafood noodle choice will only be available from March onwards! AND Ala-Carte crispy fried fish fillet is at rm$11 per single serving. The Manu also offers 黃金炸蝦 crispy fried prawns as well as 生嚇麵 Sang Har Mee but not sure it is still available. 
The stall is called "麥哥馳名魚頭米粉 Mr. Mak Fish Head Noodle", a hawker stall that has a long history at USJ16's 貴賓樓美食中心 Restoran Vest Inn Kopitiam and that was before 2009 (14 years ago or before that). Then around 2009 or 2010, Mr. Mak suddenly disappeared from the USJ16 kopitiam BUT later reappeared at USJ6's 太平人茶餐室 Restoran Taiping Lang Kopitiam. I believe Mr. Mak Junior is handling the fish head noodle stall at the present location. If not mistaken, just like his father; Mak Junior is also using 紅鯛魚 Ikan Jenahak (or Golden Snapper) and 石斑魚 Grouper where the preparation process from slicing, deboning, and frying are done by the chef himself.
The main ingredients of the dish are the rice noodles called 米粉 bee hoon and the rich fish stock made by boiling fish head and bones with hints of milk depending on the Chef's recipe. Often known simply as "魚頭米粉 Fish Head Bee Hoon" or "魚湯米粉 Fish Soup Bee Hoon" to the 新加坡人 Singaporeans; this dish had its origins in 新加坡 Singapore, when a chef wanted his 南印度風格的食物 South Indian-style food to cater to a wider clientele, notably Chinese customers who considered fish head a specialty. The Singapore "魚頭米粉 Fish Head Bee Hoon" or "魚湯米粉 Fish Soup Bee Hoon" has been available since at least the 1920s; one source credits 瑞記(家嫂)魚湯米線 Swee Kee (Kah-Soh) Fish Head Noodle Eating House with creating the "definitive version" of the dish in the 1970s. The family business of "瑞記菜館 Swee Kee Eating House" comes with a rich history dating back to the 1930s and were one of the pioneers of the traditional Cantonese-style fish soup in Singapore. Ka-Soh is not only a house-hold name in Singapore BUT the Swee Kee sister operation called 家嫂 Ka-Soh Restaurant in 歐南 Outram Singapore was awarded as Singapore 米其林指南必比登推介餐廳 Michelin Guide's Bib Gourmand restaurant in 2016.
"麥哥馳名魚頭米粉 Mr. Mak Fish Head Noodle" is still the BEST fish head noodle in USJ!
