Thoughts: A variety of Pao from rm$2 - rm$2.60 is available daily, also available are 糯米雞 Loh Mai Kai, 燒賣 Siew Mai, and 大魚丸 Big Fish Balls from rm$4 - rm$4.80; this place in USJ6, which makes its 手工包 steamed buns by hand, is a gem. The stall is an off shoot of Ipoh's famous hand-made Pao called "怡保巴佔新樂園手工包 New Taste Paradise" (since 1968) in 巴占 Bercham (13km from 怡保 Ipoh). The Bercham original location is famous for its 叉燒包 Char Siew Pao, 豆腐 Tofu, and 馬來糕 Malai Gao. 
This little Pao stall (together with the kitchen itself) in USJ6's 相有海鲜茶餐室 Restoran Wai Kwan (in Good Year Court 2 Flats) has been in operation for about 10 years now (from around 2012), run by the 創辦人的女兒 founder’s daughter, Yeow Cok Fong and their long-time 徒弟 apprentice, 黃勝富 Ng Seng Foo. Mr Wong can be seen making the fresh pao everyday in the kopitiam. 
Some variants of the hand-made Fresh Pao are already available as early as 7am (albeit not all variants); and to avoid the crowd, go there around 7am - 7:30am. Besides their signature 叉燒包 Char Siew Bao and 馬來糕 Malai Gao, the stall also offers unique 南乳包 Nam Yu pork Pao, 宫保鷄包 Kung Pao chicken Pao, 咖哩鷄包 Curry chicken Pao.
The rm$3 馬來糕 "Malai Gao" is best consumed at the kopitiam (with black hot coffee) while the cake is steaming hot 蒸爐裡取出 fresh from the steamer. The "Malai Gao" or "Malay Cake" is 蓬鬆 fluffy with 瓜子 melon seeds inside, not too 清甜 sweet; definitely worth sampling. While the "Malai Gao" can be found in some Dim Sum restaurants in USJ, but haven't seen any other shops offering 宮保雞包 "Kung Pao" Chicken Pao. The rm$2.60 interesting Pao comes with slightly spicy but generous amount of 宮保雞肉 Kung Pao chicken inside the fluffy white Pao, nice!
Interestingly, this "Steamed Dessert Cake" called 馬來糕 or 馬拉糕 (Malay Cake) is one of the standard Dessert in many 粵式茶樓 Cantonese Dim Sum House in 香港 Hong Kong or 廣東 Guang Dong! However, there is a saying that 馬來糕 was a originally a 斑蘭 Pandan style steamed cake created during the 英國人統治馬來半島 British Colony of Malaya. The story goes that the British people wanted some pastries for their typical 下午茶 afternoon tea; and since both 牛奶 milk as well as 烤箱 ovens are not that common in Malaya at that time, 椰奶 coconut milk was used and rather than baked in an oven, the green pandan cake is steamed instead; hence, a 斑蘭椰奶蒸糕 Pandan-coconut milk flavored steamed cake. Somehow, 廣東廚師 Guangdong Chefs referred to the method of making this kind of cake, but they left out 斑蘭葉 pandan leaves because it was difficult to find 斑蘭葉 pandan leaves in 廣東 Guangdong. The result is "蒸金黃色的馬拉糕 Steamed golden-yellow cakes with 以雞蛋的味道 emphasis on the taste of eggs" - the 馬來糕 "Malai Gao" or "Malay Cake". The new recipe became an instant hit to the local Chinese palates and since then, the 馬來糕 "Malay Cake" has been a favorite item in most Dim Sum shops in 廣東茶樓 Guangdong and 香港茶樓 Hong Kong Char Lou.
