Thoughts: The Ipoh style Chee Cheong fun stall in USJ6's 相有海鲜茶餐室 Restoran Wai Kwan offers "古早味"米浆粉 old-style Chee Cheong Fun (with sweet red sauce), rm$4 "蝦米"米浆粉 dried shrimp Chee Cheong Fun, and some steamed fish balls as add-ons. The simple rm$3 "古早味"米浆粉 old-style Chee Cheong Fun is just topped with 蔥脆 shallot crisp, 芝麻 sesame seeds and the 舊式的甜紅色醬 old-style sweet red sauce ("Tim Cheong" in Cantonese). Also optional 青辣椒 green chili on request.

Since MCO3.0 kicked-in 3 days ago, the kopitiam now arranged all its hawker stall inside the shop premises (no longer along the shop lot walkways); however, it does look like most if not all hawker stalls before are still in operation today! The 著名的“USJ6手工包” famous "USJ 6 Pau" is still the busiest, with customer queuing up for their favorite Pau.
KL style Chee Cheong Fun which comes with many 酿豆腐 Yong Tao Foo choices and typically comes also with choice of 咖哩醬 curry sauce or 褐色甜醬 brown color sweet sauce, or 紅辣椒醬 red chili sauce. However, in 怡保 Ipoh, less is more as the 怡保人 Iporians prefer it plain with just a dash of 醬油 soy sauce, 麻油 sesame oil and crunchy 青辣椒 pickled green chillies. But for Ipoh style's heavier flavor, there’s also the red sweet sauce that is poured over the chee cheong fun.
On the other hand, Penang style Chee Cheong Fun takes a different turn in taste and flavor, the cheon fun comes with three basic sauces of either 蝦膏醬 shrimp paste ("Hae Ko" in Hokkien), 甜醬 sweet sauce, or 辣椒醬 chili sauce along with 幾滴油 a dash of oil and sprinkled 芝麻 sesame seeds.
