USJ8's Subang Perdana Goodyear Court 4 offers 3 Chinese Kopitiam: 天添發飲食中心 Restoran Ten Tien and 好年美食中心 Restoran Goodyear where both corner shop lots are at the entrance to Goodyear Court 4; this one "顺源茶室 Soon Guan Kopitiam" is at the other end (only can be seen from Persiaran Kewajipan).

Parking at this quieter end of the shop lots in Goodyear Court 4 is much easier. Unlike "Ten Tien" and "Goodyear" which offers multiple hawker stalls foods; "Soon Guan" is a single vendor kopitiam, menu is the same as last year! However, the young owner-Chef said he will roll out a new menu starting June next month.
Today's breakfast rm$6.50 "配根蛋三文治 Bacon Egg sandwich", is quite oily on the outside; comes in a croissant with egg wrapping the mashed bacon, tomato, some vegetables, and lots of sauce.
