Thoughts: It's Vietnamese Coffee drip with condensed milk at "Super Saigon Pho Cafe" inside USJ Main Place. The Vietnamese like their coffee nice and slow, and setting up the filter and choosing right time to drink is an art in itself; that's why coffee drip is a common site in many Vietnamese road side.
Today's Coffee drip is a balanced one with slight bitter but more sour after taste; I opted for less condensed milk and reduce the sweetness. Super Saigon offers 4 variants of Vietnamese Coffee; the Vietnamese milk coffee which is what I am having today, also Vietnamese black coffee, Vietnamese royal milk tea and and black tea! Not just Coffee, but there are 3 pages of beverages to choose from including the usual a range of Espressos, Juices and Smoothies.
Here in USJ Main Place, La Juiceria and Super Saigon are both the creations of "La Juiceria Superfoods" offering the already well known healthy Vietnamese food. From the beige rattan furniture to the witty quotes installed on the walls, the decorations are both inviting and photogenic. For sure, I am really eager to sample the Vietnamese beef noodle, very soon.
