Thoughts: Likely the only Japanese restaurant in SS24, located at a corner lot just opposite the SS24 Dry/Wet Market. One of the restaurant's signature dish is the "Shake Batayaki Sushi Burito" since its on the first pages on their menu; also bearing in mind the name of the restaurant is "Sushi Brito"! The rm$15.90 Sushi Burito is like an oversize Maki Sushi Rolls (like the size of a Burrito) but wrapped with seaweed, they are 6 variants and this one comes with Butter Pan fried Salmon layered with vegetables as well as some pieces of Smoked Salmon. The fusion burrito was definitely a little dry. Most of the meals choices offers Add-ons for rm$5.90 with 3 items: a Miso Soup, either Fries or Chawanmushi and finally hot or cold Green Tea.
The menu is extensive which includes the Sushi Burito, Rice Burgers, the usual Udon and Soba noodle variants, Donburi, Sushi Don, Sashimi, Cup Sushi, Tamagoyaki, and Sushi Plates on the Conveyor Belt. Did not notice any Pork in any of the dishes but meat varieties include chicken, duck, seafood, and beef choices.
I'd say "Sushi Brito" is a nice little Japanese restaurant with a touch of Fusion Asian-Japanese menu choices other than the usual Japanese dishes; and also maybe a little touch of creativity like the "Cup Sushi", "Rice Burgers" and "Sushi Burittos"!
The Japanese restaurant is a new F&B addition in SS24, somewhere last year November 2019 which is slightly less than 3 months old. A likable Japanese meal option in PJ based on this first visit.
