Thoughts: Yin's Sourdough bakery opened a new outlet at Q1, Queens Waterfront in Penang in Q1 2025 following the closure of their Spices by Yin's promenade (Bayan Baru) outlet in May 2025 this year. The Cafe (Pastry Shop) specializes in Sourdough bread, it was founded in 2013 by a Miss Chan Su Yin (a former pharmaceutical sales representative) in Balik Pulau, Penang, after she discovered sourdough in the US and saw its potential health benefits.
