The Roastery was founded in 2018, started as a coffee roaster with a focus on "artisan spirit" and producing specialty coffee from bean to cup. It is in August 1, 2024, that the Roastery opened its first Cafe in Sungai Petani Kedah and moved to Bukit Mertajam.
