Thoughts: First visit here for the rm$18 "叉燒丁和風清漬飯 Buranchi Chazuke" was April 11, And today similar dish but instead of 叉燒丁 diced chasu, its a 沙巴魚 Half-Sabah Fish for rm$14. The simple Japanese "Chazuke (茶漬け)" is usually a Japanese dish of hot white rice with simple toppings such as dry seasonings like 海藻 seaweed, 芝麻 sesame seeds, 拌飯香鬆 furikake, 日本泡菜 japanese pickles etc and the bowl is then poured into it with 綠茶 green tea or hot water. The Buranchi version is poured with 日式高湯 Dashi instead.
