Thoughts: Weekends at Muang Thai - Phatra Market may not be the best place to look for hawker food variety. On a Sunday morning, I could still find maybe 6 to 8 hawker stalls just next to the Convenience store (inside the market).
The expensive McDonald's "Sausage McMuffin" was a disappointment; comparing to this one "泰式烧肉云吞汤面 Roasted Pork Wanton soup noodle" half the price at 50Bht (rm$6.60) compared to the 99Bht (rm$13.30) overpriced burger. The Roasted pork is "so good" (crispy and tender pork as well as flavorful), even the Wanton (more like a 水饺 mini dumpling) tasted better than the burger! I also like the thin egg wanton noodles. Definitely a good find!
