Thoughts: Located within the Light Industrial Area in SS13, its inside a "factory" facility and parking is generally free outside the factory and within the factory compound.
It does seem many visiting the Cafe probably nail to their seats with their notebooks for many hours with free Air-Conditioned, Wifi, and don't think the owners will bother the customers. You can find more seats upstairs, even power points to re-charge your devices. The design is contemporary with lots of glass for natural sunlight and I'd say comfortable.
What I can see offering was one choice of Salted Caramel Cake, Homemade brownies, and about a dozen pastries, and of course coffee, plus a brand of "Ginger Beer"! The beer seems to be by Tom's Brew, a Brewery in the United States. Interesting and a likable drink!
