Thoughts: Opened on 20th Feb 2019 (just a few days ago), next to USJ 10's Big Daddy's. 和食 Washoku offers another Japanese option around Taipan area (USJ10 & USJ 9), competing with USJ9's Sushi Mentai, complementing what's offered by USJ10's Tokyo Kitchen and USJ9's Sumo which means to-date we have 4 Japanese Restaurants here in the Taipan area!
The menu choices certainly offers a little more varieties compared to Sushi Mentai. While Sushi Mentai offer its Sushi at rm$1.80 and rm$2.80; Washoku offers their Sushi at rm$1.70, rm$2.70 and rm$3.70 in blue, red, purple plates!
Sampled the purple plates of Hana Lobster and Inari Karaage, not bad. The "照烧鳗鱼寿司汉堡 Unagi Sushi Burger" where its not a burger patty but rather rice patty; where unagi, egg, cucumber, and lettuce are sandwiched inside the rice patty topped with sesame seeds!
Another new eatery option, good news for USJ residents.
