Thoughts: If you are not familiar with Pantai Dalam, use Waze/GPS directions. I came here from Jalan Bangsar (where you hit Jalan Pantai Dalam parallel to NPE, beware of the wrong exits), and after lunch went back to Subang via the inner roads of Pantai Dalam through to PJ state's Bukit Gasing back to Federal Highway.
Now I know, this predominantly very Malay area offers quite some food choices and one can actually avoid Federal highway using the NPE toll from Sunway Pyramid, then exit to Jalan Templer (Gasing) and taking the road parallel to NPE about 1.5-2km which will bring you to Pantai Dalam! Parking is free here.
Anis Puteri Gulai Kawah offers many dishes of "Malay Nasi Campur" (I think Kelantanese or East Coast) with a good spread of maybe 20-30 dishes to choose from. There is a big wok of "Gulai Kawah" where it is a must to have, then the fried section, grilled fish section, ulam section, also kerabu is available, some choices of the usual animal organs, and a section for desserts. I think lunch time around 12+ is crowded, I arrived at 1:30pm, still a good crowd but manageable queue. Definitely like it here!
