Thoughts: Mee Jawa (perhaps I think also called "Bakmi Jawa") is a traditional Javanese noodle and a noodle popular in Indonesia, Malaysia, and also have encountered many times in Singapore. Some sources claims that it is a soup noodle of Chinese Influence but infused with the spiciness and sweetness in its delivery.
Not knowing what a real Jawa Mee taste like from Indonesia. my personal opinion, compared to I've had Jawa Mee elsewhere; this one here at Weng Soon Jaya does offers one which fits my taste buds. Very nice. The same stall also offers Penang Asam Laksa which is what I'll order when visiting this stall again next round.
