Food Thoughts: For 大炒 "DaiChao noodles" at the night session at Restoran Apollo, HungKee does not offer Hokkien Udon (thick fat black noodle), only the Hokkien BeeHoon, Hokkien Hor Fun, and the Stewed Yee Mee (with the Black sauce like Hokkien Char). Cantonese Char are fried noodles, Yin Yong or "Wat Dan Hor". 
Tried the 家鄉炒飯 "Home-Style Fried Rice" (16.12.2017) and 廣府滑蛋鴛鴦 "Cantonese/KongFu Yin Yong" (25.11.2017), both are good choices. This time trying the 燜伊麵 "Stewed Yee Mee" which is best of the 3 choices in the noodle menu I have tried to-date. The Yee Mee is very Hokkien style with the dark sauce, lots of pork lard, its fried with prawns and pork slices and some vegetables. Nice!
