When it comes to 豬潤麵 Pork Liver Noodle, there are 2 stiff head-to-head competition in Sham Shui Po itself; 維記㗎啡粉麵 Wai Kee Noodle Cafe (福榮街 Fuk Wing Street) and 漢發麵家 Hon Fatt Noodle House (大南街 Tai Nan Street); and either one have its 忠實粉絲 preferred fans.
豬肝麵 or in Cantonese 豬潤麵 (Pork Liver noodle) though perhaps not as popular as 餛飩麵 Wanton Mee (or 细蓉 Sai Yong) or 牛腩麵 Beef noodle; the latter perhaps can be found maybe in every other streets in Hong Kong. 豬潤麵 (Pork Liver noodle) is a simple dish which is cooked fresh pork liver with ginger to make a pork liver soup base, then add 即食麵 instant noodles and finally serve hot with an optional 荷包蛋 fried egg topping the bowl of noodle.
