Food Thoughts: 彰哥 is very meticulous and focused when he is preparing the Hakka noodle. He prides on his home-made Chong Ko Hakka noodle which he offers the thick and thin version. He recommended the thin version for my breakfast. Nice, but the sauce was a "tad" too salty for my taste; else it was a good breakfast as well as watching Chong Ko preparing Hakka noodle for his customers.
