My choice today was the 黑胡椒駝鳥扒 Grilled Ostrich with Black Pepper, arrived on the table just 5 minutes after the order was taken! Surprisingly, meat was tender, well marinated, black pepper sauce was good although I would have preferred mushroom or mint! Tables turn very quickly, and the waiter or waitresses will clear your table once you fork the last piece of meat from your table. Clearly, management make it a point to serve fast, and clear the table fast for the next customers! This is likely not a place for you to chit-chat with your friends after the meal unless you order more food or more drinks, I think!
