Thoughts: The creator/founder of the popular Malaysian eatery, "The Nasi Lemak Shop (NLS)", is Mr Colin Soh, known for building a brand focused on consistent, value-for-money nasi lemak with a signature brined chicken. He also co-owns other F&B ventures like "Ali, Muthu & Ah Hock (AMAH)".
