Thoughts: The Chapati here is freshly made and can be ordered even for lunch which can go with a small selection of vegetable dishes plus some other meat dishes; and was told customer can even choose the Nasi Kandar gravy for the Chapati. 

Unfortunately, parking here seemed always very challenging and especially meal times of the day. "UBAI Original" is located at USJ1 along the trunk road of USJ 1/20, and not too far from MyDIN. The Mamak's signature is theri Nasi Kandar but the freshly made Chapati was definitely very good as well.
