Lowepro Slingshot Edge 150AW Black rm$380 👍👍😋😋 7/10
Thoughts: Few camera shops I went, everyone seems to be telling me that the Lowepro older Slingshot series of "102AW/202AW/302AW" were no longer in stock and some said that the series was discontinued, that series came with a Life-Time Warranty! However, the new Slingshot Edge only comes with a 1-year Warranty.
This Edge 150AW (maybe wider) but much shorter than the discontinued 102AW. Nevertheless, it is advertised to be able to fit in a DSLR with a 18-200 lens (maybe); so for that, it means that it should be able to hold the OMD EM1 mounted with my 75-300mm or if I get the 12-200mm as well. On the same main compartment, with the side configurable compartments maybe can put in a 12-40mm and another lens like 25/45/60mm. And 2 other tiny/smaller slots for some batteries (maybe).
Besides the main compartment for the Camera and Lens. There is a deep pocket in front, maybe can put in a small tablet (advertised to fit an iPad) and mobile device (like a phone); i think they call it the "CradleFit™ pocket" with a dimension of 19.5 x 2 x 23 cm.
The top compartment is 22 x 10 x 23 cm maybe can hold another lens and smaller camera accessories if desired or just personal items like wallet, battery, and some other personal items. The Edge 102AW certainly feels very light, not sure why it is advertised with a weight of 0.7kg! The entire bag really feels small and initial thought is quite comfortable on the back. Hope to be using it for some upcoming photo assignments in January 2020!
