Specifically 越南肠粉 Vietnamese Steamed Rice Rolls or, Bánh Cuốn, are thin sheets of steamed rice batter filled with 猪肉碎 ground pork, 豆薯 jicama and 木耳 wood ear mushrooms; somewhat resemblance to the chinese cheong fun but a lot more ingredients for the Vietnamese version!Breakfast today: 7 / 10 👍👍😋😋
