Thoughts: Opened on the 10th Feb 2019 (初六), 鼎香生肉面 Ding Xiang Sang Nyuk Noodles in SS15 serves the iconic Sabah "Sang Yuk Mee!" Instead of yellow noodles, I opted for rat noodle which probably is not everyone's cup of tea but today I like the "well-oiled" dry rat noodle, the pork soup came with pork intestines (intestines and liver) and beautifully cut thin slices of pork, super tender! Added pork loin for rm$2.50 (only 2 pcs, expensive!). For me, overall a good porky breakfast.
The restaurant offers almost all porky menu, first either choose between dry (konlo) or soup, next choose between yellow noodles, koay teow, rice, rat noodles or combinations, lastly either original (with intestines) or pork slices w/pork balls. Add on pork additional porky items are from rm$1.80 to rm4. Another option is to order only the Soup options with various variants of porky choices! Sides are Wanton, Dumplings etc. Sauce provided on the table (also for sales) is the "famous" Sabah Hot Chili Sauce!
