Thoughts: New addition to the menu of noodles, 豬筋肉麵線 Superior Pork Tendon MiXian 豬筋肉 (梅头肉) 指的就是豬的橫膈膜 Diaphragm, 是在處理內臟的時候會取下的稀有部位, 一頭豬大概只有250～300公克左右. Very Tendor meat and consider delicacy in Korea and Japan, and more expensive due to its portion found in a Pig. For $9.80, you get 4 Pork Tendon meal balls and the noodle. Generally very nice. I also ordered the cuttlefish ball, nice too. (5 pcs for $6.90)
