Thoughts: Honestly, I like the Roti Kosong (Plain indian bread), tossed and pan fried by a young malay chef. Unfortunately the wonderful sambal (spicy) did not come with Dhal (no more at 6pm). 
The shop is just minutes from Main Place and even shorter walk from the USJ 21 multi-storey parking! I think must be the cheapest roti kosong in USJ at $1 per piece.
