Thoughts: Probably only the locals knows about this Hidden "Home-cooked 經濟(雜)飯 Chap Fan (Mixed Rice) stall". It is referred by Penangites as "佩佩經濟飯檔 Home Economy Rice", located in 槟城的直落公芭 Teluk Kumbar which is 檳城島南部 South of Penang Island and less than 1km from 城國際機場 Penang International Airport.

This one of a kind 經濟(雜)飯 Chap Fan (Mixed Rice) stall does not have any Restaurant name AND outdoor dining tables are just under some tall trees just in front of a Kampung Bungalow lot in Teluk Kumbar! We order our food inside the Kitchen, some dishes are similar to Economic Rice shops and selected seafood dishes are make-to-order from the seafood catch of the day. Netizens claim that this 50+years history F&B offers Home-cooked dishes by 佩佩 Miss Pei Pei who have learned. and inherited the stall from her Mom and the fresh fish are from the family's own fishing boats! Definitely a one-of-a-kind "Economy Rice" eatery where maybe even only some local Penangites are awarer of!
