This one of a kind 經濟(雜)飯 Chap Fan (Mixed Rice) stall does not have any Restaurant name AND outdoor dining tables are just under some tall trees just in front of a Kampung Bungalow lot in Teluk Kumbar! We order our food inside the Kitchen, some dishes are similar to Economic Rice shops and selected seafood dishes are make-to-order from the seafood catch of the day. Netizens claim that this 50+years history F&B offers Home-cooked dishes by 佩佩 Miss Pei Pei who have learned. and inherited the stall from her Mom and the fresh fish are from the family's own fishing boats! Definitely a one-of-a-kind "Economy Rice" eatery where maybe even only some local Penangites are awarer of!
