The Hong Kong-based restaurant chain, has opened its first Malaysian outlet at 雙威金字塔購物中心 Sunway Pyramid, Selangor. The opening, which took place on July 29th, is part of TamJai International's Southeast Asian expansion strategy, achieved through a partnership with Hextar Retail Berhad. The new outlet, a fusion of 譚仔雲南米線 TamJai Yunnan Mixian and 和譚仔三哥米線 TamJai SamGor Mixian, offers a 客製化的米線體驗 customizable mixian experience with various 湯底 soup bases and 辣度選擇 spice levels.
First visit to the new F&B in Sunway Pyramid is to sample their rm$22.90 Level 1 spiciness "番茄濃湯米線 Tangy Tomato Soup Mixian" with 9 Levels of Spiciness to choose from. The bowl comes with A rice noodle dish with a rich tomato broth. This broth is likely made with fresh tomatoes or tomato sauce, giving it a 酸甜濃郁的風味 sweet and sour flavor. It is then paired with rice noodles and various toppings such as 肉丸子 meat balls, 爆漿肉丸子 bursting meatball, 肉片 meat slices, and 蔬菜 vegetables肉片. Even at the lowest level of spiciness of level 1 from the choice of level 1 to 9 was already quite spicy!
