Thoughts: 太二酸菜鱼马来西亚 Szechuan/Sichuan Restaurant, offering delightfully Spicy Sichuan Cuisine. The F&B was established in 2015/2016 in China, with TAI ER now has over 500 branches in and outside China! 
The branch in Sunway Pyramids opened in December 2023 and the signature dishes are their "Chinese Suan Cai fish dishes", the fish recipe start at rm$100 with the Sichuan-styled pickled vegetables that makes the broth along with a variety of side dishes to add-on. Other signature Sichuan dishes are selections of Cold dishes which were the choice for lunch today!
Both the rm$22 "蒜泥白肉 Sichuan Sliced Pork with Garlic Sauce" and rm$26 "重慶口水雞 Chongqing Mouthwatering Chicken" are cold dishes and there are popular Sichuan cuisines which are not the spiciest of the typical Sichuan dishes. Both dishes should go well with white rice or spicy noodles dishes like the rm$16 "四川擔擔麵 Sichuan Dan Dan Noodles" today! 
"太二 TAI ER" was established in 2015, but it was originally a flavorful street food restaurant (with a different name) passed down from generation to generation. The reason why it was got its name as ""太二 TAI ER" in 2015 was interesting; as at the beginning of the business, the boss/owner/master chef devoted all his energy to focus on researching the recipe for his upcoming new store and forget to open the door of the new shop and didn't even have time to think about the name of the store. Because of this, customers laughed at him for being "太傻太二 too stupid". The optimistic boss laughed off and simply named the store "太二 TAI ER"!
If not mistaken "太二 TAI ER" started in 廣州 Guang zhou and the main dish is 酸菜魚 pickled fish, and it is an 創新網路餐飲品牌 innovative online catering brand. Found by 現在是億萬富翁的 now billionaire, 管毅宏先生 Mr Guan YiHong, the new F&B in 2015 quickly spread to most cities in China, mainly in first-tier cities such as 北京 Beijing, 上海 Shanghai, 廣州 Guangzhou, and 深圳Shenzhen. It then open its first store at 星耀樟宜機場 Jewel Changi Airport, 新加坡 Singapore in 2021, and came to 馬來西亞 Malaysia sometime in January or February 2023 where its first branch in 柏威年廣場 Pavilion 吉隆坡 Kuala Lumpur!
