This one in Cyberjaya opened in the midst of covid-19 on 27 March 2021, with a familiar Uncle Don setup of both interior and exterior plus the same menu.

Happy hour beer is rm$9.90, making it one of the cheapest Beer pub in town. Today's dinner is a slightly expensive rm$27.20 "煙燻雞肉捲 Smoked Chicken Roulade", seasoned skinless and boneless chicken breast smoked with tea leaves and serve with orange sauce; nice but slightly pricey). AND a great dish to go with a glass of cold beer! Uncle Don's Cyberjaya is located Cyberjaya's Prima 11 (or Presinct 11) within a Building called "RETREAT that houses several eateries. AND the open parking seems FREE to patrons and besides Uncle Don, there are several eateries here: Burger King, Texas Chicken, Costa Coffee, Stone BBQ, at Thai restaurant, a Briyani house and another Gastropub/Cafe called "樂園茶餐廳 Lok Yoon"
The "Chicken Roulade" is a dish that was popular since the 19th century in Europe where thin slices of meat, poultry, fish or leaf vegetables are filled, rolled up and braised. The name "雞肉捲 Chicken Roulade" with the word “Rouler” (肉捲) in French means “to roll”, and a French roulade can apply to a range of things from meat dishes to desserts like a Swiss roll. Although the origin is most probably French but there is also the Italian of it or some people even considered a German dish which is called "Rinderroulade". One of the earliest 肉捲食譜 Roulade recipes can be found in Le Cuisinier Gascon, a cookbook published in 阿姆斯特丹 Amsterdam in 1740.
