清六屋 Seirock-ya was launched in 筑波市 Tsukuba City, 日本 Japan in 2009. There are over 15 stores in Japan. And now Seirock-ya is spreading overseas countries, 雅加達地區 Jakarta area of 印度尼西 Indonesia, and 巴生谷地區 Klang Valley area of 馬來西亞 Malaysia. Seirock-ya PJ Uptown was opened in 2019 as the first outlet in Malaysia, the USJ21 outlet opened recently.
清六屋 Ramem Seirock-Ya offers different Ramen styles plus side dishes like 日本餃子 Gyoza, 可樂餅 Croquette, and 唐揚げ Karaage. Also available are 唐揚げ Karaage/可樂餅 Croquette/雞排 Chicken Katsu with 白飯 white Rice/咖哩飯 curry Rice bowls. Prices of a Ramen bowl start from rm$20.30 to rm$32.40 and hare are the following Ramen styles available in the menu:

Ordering is via QR code where customer can customer saltiness of the broth, choice of thick or think noodle, regular or large size as well as topped up with additional Ala-carte order of 味付け卵 Ajitsuke Tomago, 海苔 Seaweed, even 辛玉(辣醬) Karatama or additional piece of 肉増し Chicken meats etc. Today's lunch is a rm$29.10 "特製北海道拉麵 Hokkaido Ramen Special" regular size with think Ramen which comes with a "溏心蛋 Runny yoke Egg", 2 pieces of halal Chicken meat (although チャーシュー pork Char siew is a better choice), plus 2 雞肉丸 chicken meat balls.

Accordingly, there are maybe at least 30 or more regional varieties of ramen in Japan with different broths, noodles, seasonings, and toppings.
