Thoughts: Forget the rm$11 "燒雞飯 Nasi Ayam Special" as for rm$1.50, you get just an extra Sunny Side egg with the same portion of rice and fried chicken. The regular "Nasi Ayam (Roasted Chicken Rice without the fried egg) is rm$9.50 compared to rm$7.20 on 09.10.2019 (3 years ago). AND I think Teh Tarik here was rm$1.50 here 3 years ago compared to today's rm$2.50!

The MAMAK chicken rice here offers very good fried/roasted chicken with surprisingly tender chicken meats and choice of either white rice or oily rice (yellow) is available BUT the best was the chili sauce and sweet sauce on the side; definitely worth sampling.
