Thoughts: The name "Kadei" is inspired from the Tamil pronunciation of "shop" and it is also a play on the word "Kedai" in Malay vocabulary. Opened in August 2020 (around Merdeka Day), "Kadei" is the creation of Mother-Son Duo chefs serving Malaysian rendition of home-cooked Indian cuisines.
