Thoughts: The new trend in recent month (these 2-3 years perhaps) is the mushrooming of neighborhood shop-lot Grocers and Fruit or Snacks, at least in the Subang Jaya and USJ neighborhood shop lots, and this is on top of convenience stores like 7-11, Family Mart or 99 Speedmarts. And this is not just the concentrated multi-row shop lots of Business Areas like USJ9 or USJ10, but also those Single or Two row shop lots next to the residential houses.

And the same in SS14 or SS15, and one of the popular destination for fresh fruits and fresh flowers is probably along SS15/4G with the 1-shop lot 順盛鮮果 Soon Seng and the 2-shop lots 麥生果 KP Mark. And now next to the 2 is "Mak Freshmart" mini market currently under renovation which looks like it should be a Dry and maybe small wet market for vegetables and meats! Of course, there are all just next to the popular SS15 breakfast spot of "桂生餐館 Restoran Kwai Sun". Parking will probably be a little more challenging in this part of SS15; as now at the same location, one can have breakfast or lunch, and also carry out some groceries for not just Fruits, Flowers, and Snacks but also Vegetables and Meats.

It is a dependable Fruit Store for fresh fruits (also durians), Fresh flowers (especially for prayer days), some choices of vegetables, and also varieties of traditional Chinese snacks and biscuits; just no meats items for sale here.
Today is the 600th day since the first day of MCO back in early March 2020 last year, and it is almost 2 months now (1st or 2nd week of August) since the relaxation/ease of covid-19 restrictions. Fully vaccinated individuals are allowed the freedom to carry out selected previously disallowed activities upon flashing their COVID-19 digital vaccination certification, and roads have also become a busier.
