Thoughts: It is at USJ10's "南京茶餐室 Kedai Kopi Nanking" for an early 7am breakfast and the kopitiam already offering 雲吞麵 Wanton Mee, 蝦麵/雞絲河粉 HarMee/Chicken Hor Fun), 豬肉粉 Pork Noodle, 咖喱麵 Curry Mee, 肉干麵包 Dry Pork Sandwich, 小點心擋 Dim Sum kiosk for early birds; but there are at least 6 or 7 stalls not yet to serve customers. 南京 Nanking started Dine-in a few weeks ago, and maybe with 50% of its table capacity. 奶茶細 TehC is now at rm$2 and the rm$7 蝦麵 Har Mee not the best in Subang Jaya. 

Cumulative, there are now 2,127,934 Covid-19 cases in Malaysia to-date which is 6.5% of its 32.7 million population. 感染率 Infection rate is at about 16,000 daily cases in a 7-days average with a total of 24,565 Covid-related death cases to-date. On the plus side, about 59.4% of the total population is now fully vaccinated with 2-dose, and 80% of the population are reported to be 完成二劑接種 inoculated. The Government's Special Committee "青少年免疫工作组 Immunization Task Force Adolescent" on Covid-19 Vaccines Supply will now focus on tracking down the remaining 20 per cent of adults who are yet to be vaccinated; at the same time moves on now to 給青少年接種 inoculating teenagers and rolling out 第三劑 booster shots (3rd dose) to 高危人群 high-risk groups, ahead of its transition to an "地方性流行病 Endemic" Covid-19 phase next month (October).

The meaning of "地方性流行病 Endemic" is that the SARS-CoV-2 virus that causes the disease becomes a 在社區中永久存在 permanent presence in the community and continues to circulate among people. This is then similar to other endemic diseases include 流感 Influenza, 登革熱 Dengue and 瘧疾 Malaria. 

食品中心 Food Centers and 餐廳 Restaurant operators were already allowed Dine-in since August 10th last month and more relaxed restrictions are on the way in October (1 week from now). This includes the operations of 養生水療保健 Spa, 保健中心 Health (wellness), and 按摩中心 Massage centers will also be allowed for customers and operators who have been fully vaccinated from Oct 1. 旅遊活動 Tourism centers and activities such as 動物園 Zoos, 農場 Farms, 水族館 Aquariums, Snorkeling, 潛水活動 Scuba diving, 釣魚 Angling, and 森林公園 Forest parks will be allowed to operate in all phases of the National Recovery Plan effective Oct 1 with all operators and visitors having completed their vaccination. Also in preparation for students of all 高等教育機構 higher learning institutions (IPTs) to return to campuses for the 2021-22 academic session starting October next month.
