Thoughts: Last visit here was Oct 9, 2017 which is almost 3 years ago! Then for 3 plates of Dim Sum and a Pot of Chinese tea was rm$15; today same deal (just different Dim Sum) is for rm$17, the Dim Sum must have increased price since then.
龍城點心 Loong Seng Restaurant is one of the very few eatery available for early breakfast; used to be 5:30am but RMCO is likely around 7am. Not too many traffic early morning, easy parking and also excellent outdoor seating before the weather heats up.
蝦腸 Prawn rice noodle was still not bad after 3 years, but the 菜餃 Vegetable Dumpling and 魚賣 Yu Mai was average at best.
