Highlights: Porky, Air-conditioningThoughts: This is a new eatery opened January 2020 and shortly closed for few months since March and reopened since the RMCO. The new eatery in SS15 "好玖好麵 Ambesten Noodle" offers a house noodle recipe of “玖長面 Jiu Chang Mian” and “手撕面 Hand-plugged Noodle”. That home-made “玖長面 Jiu Chang Mian” is a thick Pan-Mee style noodle.
The mixed and match menu offers 3 types of soup base: 鮮味湯 Superior tasty soup, 麻辣燙 Ma La or 乾捞 Dry. In Step 2, choose between the 2 types of noodles mentioned above. Then, there are 2 choices of meat or dumplings from 10 choices; priced at rm$12.80. Another menu offers Ala-Carte noodle, rice and mini hot-pots.
The "玖長面 Jiu Chang Mian" is an interesting thick Pan Mee (maybe too thick for my liking)! The Bursting meat ball wasn't as tasty but pork slice was nice. Interesting creation but quite expensive!
