Thoughts: There are at least 2 新青山 in SS area, one in SS14 and this one in SS15's Restoran Kwai Sun operating only in the evening as their Xiao Chao stall. The Kopitiam also offers other hawker style food at night, including claypot chicken rice, char koay teow, some dim sum, chee cheong fun, and maybe 2-3 other noodle stalls.

Restoran Kwai Sun, not just popular for breakfast and lunch but night times seemed also packed with customers (at least for tdoay). 鎮山之寶 must be 新青山(分行) San Ching San Hokkien Mee's Charcoal fried Black Hokkien Noodle, almost everyone coming in for dinner will order a Hokkien Mee, many customers standing outside waiting for their "tapao"! Typical KL sytle charcoal black thick noodle, with thick black sauce, but too bad also comes with slight "碱水" today, overall not bad but lacking crunchy pork lard. OK lar! and yes, the sambal goes well with the black mee.

Thoughts: 新隆茶茶室 Restoran Sin Long, twice drove here last month and it wasn't open; finally today is the lucky day! The Kopitiam offers 3 stalls: one Noodle stall (maybe Pan Mee) which may not seem too popular compare to the Wanton Mee stall and Chicken rice stall. 

The Wanton Mee stall not just offer 叉烧云吞面 Charsiew Wanton Mee, but also 咖喱排骨面 Curry Ribs Noodle, 咖哩雞面 Curry Chicken noodle, 冬菇鸡脚面 Mushroom chicken feet Wanton Mee, and 美罗鸭面 Duck Noodle. My choice for breakfast was Duck Noodle; the duck broth was a bit oily, looks like herbal and noticeably with 姜 Ginger, i think 玉竹 Polygonatum, and 杞子 Goji berry. Soup was definitely slightly oily, salty and herbal taste. At rm$8.50, the bowl also comes with a 鴨腿 duck drumstick and several pieces of 菜心 Choi Sum. All in, not bad!

The Curry Ribs Noodle, Mushroom chicken feet Wanton Mee as well as Steamed chicken all seemed worth sampling in another visit.
