Surrounded by a variety of shops, one can find almost every need within the compound of the commercial centre. Sri Petaling have grown into an integrated community and township over the years and Pinnacle Sri Petaling is the latest part of this established community. Pinncale is an integrated development which consists of a 160,000 square feet nett lettable 社區零售商場 community retail mall with 832 units of 服務式公寓 service apartments, Pinnacle Sri Petaling offers a multitude of conveniences to those who choose them as their homes. The latest "Instagram worthily" Cafe & bar just opened in KL October last month, located in KL Sri Petaling's Pinnacle Mall. Pinnacle is a Leasehold Condominium located in Sri Petaling. The new Cafe & Pub opens at noon until 2am everyday, with live band on selected nights. The menu looks to have something for everyone; from 義大利燴飯 Italian Rissoto to 到椰漿飯 Nasi Lemak AND from 咖啡或茶 Coffee or Tea to a sip of 長島冰茶 Long Island Iced Tea or 一杯冰啤酒 a glass of Cold Beer! 

Located at the 1st floor of the residential mall, Plage Kitchen and Bar offers spaces indoor setting and a Beach-themed Outdoor area, definitely Instagram worthy! The rm$18 "泰式蝦炒河粉 Prawn Pad Thai" wasn't too bad as it was very well presented AND the rm$11 "平白咖啡 Flat White Coffee" was commendable!

Thoughts: Last (or first) visit to Sunway Pyramid's "太二酸菜鱼 TAI ER" was September 21.2024. Today for lunch in his second visit is to sample the Restaurant's signature fish dish of "老壇子酸菜魚 Laotanzi Pickled Fish". 

"酸菜魚 Pickled fish", also known as "酸湯魚 Sour Soup Fish", is a 經典菜品 classic dish from 重慶市 Chongqing, famous for its 調味和獨特的烹調技法 unique seasoning and cooking techniques. Popular in the 1990s, it is 先鋒之一 one of the pioneers of 重慶江湖菜 Chongqing Jianghu cuisine. "酸菜魚 Pickled fish" is made with "草魚 Grass Carp" as the main ingredient, 配以泡菜 cooked with kimchi and other ingredients, and 口味酸辣 tastes sour and spicy. Fish is rich in high-quality protein and can provide people with 豐富的蛋白質 rich protein, 礦物質 minerals and 等營養 other nutrients. The 酸菜中的乳酸 lactic acid in pickled cabbage can promote the body's absorption of iron and 增加人的食慾 increase people's appetite.

There are many different opinions about the historical origin of pickled fish, and it is impossible to verify them. After being passed down from generations of Master Chef and Restaurants, 製作方法也各有不同 the cooking methods are also different, but the 口味基本一致 taste is basically the same.
