Thoughts: Today lunch is an 美式黑咖啡 Americano! It's single origin 阿拉比卡 Arabica and double shot (all Coffee served are double shot!), at Bandar Puteri's "Divine Pastry". The wonderfully decorated little Cafe is a corner shop lot, offers sandwiches, cakes, bakes gelato, waffles etc and of course I would say "a good cup of coffee"! 

Today's coffee comes with a piece of "義大利脆餅 Biscotti"; Biscottis are 義大利杏仁餅乾 Italian almond biscuits that originated in the 托斯卡納城市 Tuscan city of 普拉托 Prato (Northwest of Florence). They are 兩次烘烤 twice-baked, 呈橢圓形 oblong-shaped, 乾燥 dry, 鬆脆 crunchy, and may be dipped in a drink, traditionally Vin Santo (義大利甜品酒 Italian dessert wine) in Italy. Outside of Italy, they more frequently accompany 咖啡 Coffee, including 卡布奇諾 Cappuccinos and 拿鐵咖啡 Lattes, or 紅茶 Black tea. Biscottis are very satisfying and relatively light and healthy since they're lower in fat and sugar than most cookies.

Sourdough bread and bagels are available here, unfortunately not for dine-in.

Thoughts: Today's lunch is a rm$8 "陝西肉夾饃 Shaanxi Roujiamo", which is a street food or cuisine of 陝西Province Shaanxi Province, 中國 China. You can find it in China Towns in Europe and America and the white people sometime called it "中國漢堡包 Chinese hamburger". However, the concoction is more like a "肉三明治 Meaty Sandwich"!. The meat is most commonly 紅燒豬肉 pork, stewed for hours in a soup containing over 20 spices and seasonings. But in some Muslim districts like in 中國西安 Xi'an, China; the meat is replaced with 紅燒牛肉 stewed Beef or even 燉羊肉 stewed Lamb in 甘肅省 Gansu Province.

Instead of burger meats, the stewed meats (豬肉 pork, 牛肉 beef, or 羊肉 lamb) are chopped or minced and sandwiched inside type of 大餅 flatbread called "白吉饃 baijimo". An authentic "白吉饃 baijimo" is traditionally made from a wheat flour dough with yeast and then baked in a clay oven, but now in many parts of China, 白吉饃 baijimo is made in a frying pan.

If you earn for some "Authentic" Chinese cuisine, Puchong Bandar Puteri's "外婆小吃 Grandma Snacks" inside 老蒲种美食中心 Old Puchong Food Avenue in Puteri Mart is worth at least a visit. The hawker stall is managed by a couple from China. 7 days a week, offering Beef Noodles, traditional meat or vegetable buns like 菲菜盒子, 肉煎包 Fried Pork buns or 酒雞肉包 Rice Wine Chicken Bun and many more. Recently, the Chinese owners also added several choices of 牛肉麵 Beef Noodles. BUT if you like a little of classic Chinese cuisines, you can also order the 口水雞 Kou Shui Ji and 尖辣皮蛋 Spicy Preserved Egg!
