Today's breakfast is an interesting 阿拉伯麵包配雞蛋 Roti Arab Telur which is a kind of "round giant bun" and lightly grilled with egg. The Roti Arab ("Arabian" bread) is flour based, puffed up and slightly sweet, and it seems to be just more like a Giant Burger Bun. BUT it is probably tastier if sandwiched with a burger patty, ham, mayonnaise, and some vegetable slices like tomato and sautéed onions! PLUs the Sambal and Dhal that accompanied the Arab Bread today are probably better off pairing with Roti Canai and Roti Telur.

The 2+years Mamak, opened in 2020, survived through the Pandemic; and is a popular Halal eatery in USJ21 today. The Corner shop lot Mamak offers 檳城青魚 Penang Pasembor (Rojak), 印度煎餅 Roti Canai varieties, 印度炒麵 Goreng-Goreng, and 扁擔飯 Nasi Kandar.

Maybe should sample the Mamak's signature 檳城扁擔飯 Penang style Nasi Kandar next time!

Thoughts: Still, USJ10's 新壽司 Shin Zushi is the most popular Japanese restaurant in USJ10. On a Friday night, if you are lucky it is an hour wait to get a table for dinner and the queue will still be there until even after 8:30pm. BUT once you are seated, it is self-service-order via QR Code scanned menu AND food comes within 15 minutes!

Today's dinner is an assortment of 生魚片 Sashimi, 手捲 Temaki, and 壽司 Sushi.

Don't be surprise to find a long queue always during lunch and dinner; everyday, especially Friday and the Weekends! Shin Zushi is a sushi bar renowned for its affordable yet kind of quality Japanese food.
