Thoughts: "炸蝦餅 Prawn fritters" are more commonly known as 'Cucur udang" or "Jemput-Jemput Udang"; "Jemput" literally means "an Invitation" (supposedly for it being a bite-size snack) and "Udang" is Malay word for "Shrimp". The street food can be commonly found on the streets of 馬來西亞 Malaysia and 新加坡 Singapore offered by make-shift street vendors, and usually offered along with other "bite-size snacks" such as "炸香蕉 Goreng Pisang (Fried Banana Fritters)" and "馬來炸魚餅 Keropok Lekor (Malay style Fried Fish Cakes)"! This kind of street food is typical offered of 馬來街頭小販 Malay street vendor specialty.

Thoughts: USJ2's 利廣美食中心 Le Kwang looks like going back to its busy days with more tables now, all together 12 tables and at the single corner shop lot offers at least 11 hawker stalls:

Today's lunch is 泰國豬肉粿汁粉 Thai Style Pork Kuay Chap Noodle; 粿汁 Kway chap is a 潮州麵湯 Teochew noodle soup consisting of 扁平寬米片 flat, broad rice sheets (粿 kway) in a soup made with 黑醬油 dark soy sauce, served with an assortment of pork cuts including 豬內臟 offal, pork belly, 豬內臟 intestines, and 豬耳朵 pig's ears, 紅燒鴨肉 braised duck meat, various kinds of 豆腐 beancurd, 醃製鹹菜 preserved salted vegetables, and 滷蛋 braised hard-boiled eggs. The dish is popular only in certain states in 馬來西亞 Malaysia, lie 砂拉越 Sarawak, 檳城 Penang, and 柔佛州 Johor states, and in neighboring 新加坡 Singapore and 曼谷唐人街 Bangkok China Town.

The stall started operation since Oct 1 (3 months ago) and has been popular since then, it offers 4 Thai Style dishes: 泰式羅勒炒豬肉碎 Thai Basil Pork Rice, 泰式燉豬蹄飯 Thai Pork Leg Rice, 泰國綠咖哩飯 Thai Green Curry Rice, 泰式綠咖哩雞面 Thai Green Curry Chicken Noodle, 芒果飯 Mango Rice, and 泰國豬肉粿汁粉 Thai Pork Kuay Chap Noodle; prices from rm$7.50 to rm$8.50.

Thoughts: The same items I had here 2.5 years ago on May 17, 2019 at the same Aroi Thai branch in USJ21's Main Place Mall! 

Looks like there are 2 Aroi Thai locations in USJ:

Aroi Thai in Damen Mall USJ1

Aroi Thai in Main Place Mall USJ21

But after 653 days since the MCO1.0 lockdown, it is also interesting to find that most of the F&B are still in operation in USJ21's Main Place Mall. If not mistaken, I think at least two F&B casualties that is "豐衣粥食 Porridge Time" and "韩式料理店 Seoul Garden Hot Pot" where both shops at LG are now vacant.
