Thoughts: Google map says it is only available for evening till past mid-night, but I had mine around 7am plus! Really kind of stumbled into it as I was searching for breakfast early in the morning before class. Maybe the dry version is nicer as my soup version a little bit more oil than I wanted (but still very good and liked it, go figure!) Well, its difficult to complain for a rm$6 noodle in KL although its on the road side, but the feeling was good eating like this. That sauce (picture 5) was kind of interesting, perhaps its imbalance of chili and lime combination.

Thoughts: IOI opened on 1998 (some 20 years ago), way before the new Wing expansion in 2009 (10 years ago); 旺角茶餐厅 Wong Kok Char Chan Teng was already there at the Mall, prominently facing front of the Mall. Although not comparible to Hong Kong's dishes in Hong Kong or even the Hong Kong Milk Tea but I guess this is the nearest to taste a little bit of Hong Kong nearby in Klang Valley! 
旺角茶餐厅 Wong Kok Char Chan Teng openend its first outlet in Malaysia in 2013 with a motto of "To Taste Hong Kong, Taste in Wong Kok."! I think the first one was in SS2's Wisma Caesars Club where it is still its Head Quarters (and still there), near to the SS2 night market area (opposite BHP Petrol Station).
