Review: Dinner with son and daughter at Sunway Pyramid's Canton-i. Actually, there is a Dragon-i 龙的传人 and Canton-i 广东金厨 at Sunway Pyramid, next to each other. Both the D-i and C-i are famous chains of restaurants that belong to the Dragon-i Group. Inspired by the rich and diverse culinary offerings from China, especially from the regions of Shanghai, Szechuan, Beijing and Lanzhou, Dragon-i Restaurant Sdn Bhd, was established in 2004. Shortly after, the first Dragon-i outlet opened at Mid Valley Megamall, offering signature dishes such as xiao long bao (Shanghainese steamed meat dumplings) and la mian (hand-pulled noodles). A web-search shows the menu of Dragon-i and Canton-i is different, I think Canton-i is more Cantonese/Hong Kong cuisines.
I ordered the 鱼腩滑鸡粥 Fishbelly and Chicken Congee and 香港香滑奶茶. To begin with, stomach did not feel too well again. Lucky I finished to Hong Kong milk tea long before the Congee was served. It was a good meal with my two kids. Enjoyed the dinner with two of them.
